On a male, you can turn him over and see whether or not he has testicles. On females, the only way to tell is to shave her belly and check for a scar.

When they get older they become more teritorial and will bite you upon entering their cage or sometimes if you are around them and they want their space… instead of just a small warning nip they will chomp down pretty hard …hope this helps…
i have a girl bunny of bout 12 weeks, but vet said i dont need her spayed if shes being kept by herself… but everywhere ive looked has said i need to get her done..?? so should i go back to vets n ask for it to be done? and to “turdcrusher” pleeeease dont do it urself!!u dont have the correct antiseptics and anaesthetics, etc for an op and if anythin goes wrong at least at the vets theres experts to sort it out. its cruel to even consider doin it urself

if u have a male rabbit so you check if has a testicle ( balls under penis ) and if female wich is more important than a male rabbit to be spayed ( mark above its urine place) its hard for a female but easy for a male ( nuetring male rabbit is not important only after 4 years old ) but for a female it is important dont frget spaying a female rabbit will taked more that 130$

well i was lost as u ( spaying is for a female rabbit (neutring is for a male rabbti) spaying mean to make an operation to make rabbit stop bringing any babies ( the operation is to remove her ovaries ) its so importan to avoid urine canser for a rabit u can make it after the age of 1 year this operation to avoide cancer or bacteria probelem in her vagina (for a male rabbit is to remove his testicles (balls) its not important but for a female yes it is it will cost more than 280$)
r u joking this operation MOSTLY FAIL WITH VETS AND PROFESIONAL ITS NOT EASY u thnik its easy as eating an aple NO!!! u will hurt him and he will be lost RIP vets mostly fail.. u need 45 equipments.
